There are 10,055 Properties on Siesta Key. Of these 6,578 are condominiums in over 100 different buildings. Some of these do not allow rentals. Some allow rentals at a minimum of 6 months, some 4 months, some 3 months, some 1 month, while others allow a minimum stay of 2 weeks, one week or no minimum at all. Some condominiums are restricted to ownership by ages 55 and up. Some have beach access some do not. Some have high maintenance fees some low.
